Do one of these about 3-4 times a week. When you’re feeling really sore, use that day as a rest day because if you continue to work the same areas it can destroy the muscle instead of letting it build from the last time you did it.
I use 5 pound weights on each ankle while I do these which makes your booty grow faster. When you don’t use weights, there won’t be any resistance so it’ll make your ass more perky/firm before it grows the muscle. For me, using weights made me see results in like two weeks!🍑😩 They also have tons of videos for working out other parts of your body.
(also, the 20 minute one has different “parts” to it and if you can’t complete the whole video don’t beat yourself up about it💖)
